Dispute Resolution and Damages
1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You accept service of process by mail and waive all jurisdictional and venue defenses. Except as noted below, all disputes between you and the Company shall be resolved by individual binding arbitration under the JAMS International Arbitration Rules:Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator with substantial experience.The arbitration seat is Curaçao; proceedings will be in English.Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.No class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions are permitted.The arbitrator will decide whether a dispute is subject to arbitration.5. The Company will send you a copy to your registered email and billing address.If an in-person hearing is required, it will be held either in Curaçao or your place of residence (your choice). Curaçao law applies.7. Fees and RepresentationYou must pay JAMS filing fees when starting arbitration.You pay your own attorney fees unless law states otherwise.8. Time Limits
You or the Company must initiate arbitration within two (2) years from when the dispute arose, or sooner if required by law. Failure to do so bars the claim.9. Class Action Waiver
You and the Company agree to only pursue disputes individually. No class, collective, or representative actions or arbitrations are allowed without express written consent.10. Severability
If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains effective except:If the Class Action Waiver is invalidated, the entire arbitration agreement becomes void, and disputes will be resolved in court.

Waiver and Severability
No waiver by the Company of any term or condition in these Terms of Service shall be considered a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other term or condition. The Company’s failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
